We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including turning captured field content into structured records.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- Improve product quality, reliability, and accuracy.
- Protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
3.How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We work with trusted vendors, such as cloud hosting and AI processing providers, who handle information on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.
- Business transfers. If OBZDN is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
4.Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, email us at josue.hernandez@obzdn.co and we will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also opt out of non-essential email from us at any time.
